POWER DRIVE LLC · PDRIVE
Privacy Policy
How we use information to operate our advertising platform, measure campaigns and respond to you.
1. Who is responsible
PDrive is operated by POWER DRIVE LLC, registered in Kyrgyzstan, Tax ID 02601202610577. Our registered address is Karybeka Tynalieva 127, Apt. 10, Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
This policy covers pdriveads.com, business and privacy correspondence, and personal-data processing in our demand-side advertising platform. For the website, correspondence and independent DSP activities described here, POWER DRIVE LLC determines the purposes and means of processing and acts as the controller.
Our privacy contact is [email protected]. Publishers, apps, SSPs and advertisers have their own responsibilities and notices for the processing they control.
2. Information we process and its sources
The information available to PDrive depends on the supply integration, inventory, campaign and privacy restrictions. Our platform may process:
- Bid and inventory context: request and impression identifiers, supply partner and publisher information, app or site identifiers, ad format, placement and auction information.
- Device and connection information: IP address, browser or user-agent information, operating system, device type, language, and location information supplied with the request or derived from the IP address, such as country, region or city.
- Advertising identifiers and privacy signals: device advertising IDs or partner-provided identifiers, where available and permitted, together with consent and advertising-tracking restrictions.
- Campaign events and derived information: bids, wins, impressions, clicks, conversions, event times, campaign and creative IDs, pricing, frequency counts, traffic-quality signals and performance estimates.
- Website and correspondence data: connection information needed to serve the website, your email address, message contents and information supplied to resolve an inquiry.
We receive bid information from SSPs and exchanges; advertising events come from delivery and measurement requests and campaign reporting, including advertiser conversion notifications. You provide correspondence data when you contact us. We derive quality and performance signals from these inputs.
3. How we use information
We use information to evaluate available inventory, determine whether to bid and at what price, select and deliver approved creatives, control ad frequency, measure outcomes, investigate traffic and ad-quality issues, reconcile buying and billing, and maintain the service. We also use correspondence to manage partnerships and handle requests.
Our current buying model uses the context of the current request, frequency controls and campaign results. We do not run cross-site or cross-app retargeting campaigns. Frequency control and attribution can still involve identifiers that connect related advertising events.
Models use inventory, device and campaign signals to estimate performance and support bid selection. These automated decisions affect which ad is selected, whether we participate in an auction and the price we offer. Questions about this processing can be sent to our privacy contact.
4. Grounds for processing
The legal grounds depend on the activity and the law that applies to it. Where the GDPR or comparable requirements apply, we use the following grounds:
- Consent for access to advertising identifiers, device storage or advertising processing where consent is required. Consent may be collected through the publisher or app and communicated by the supply partner.
- Legitimate interests, where permitted and balanced against individuals' rights, in operating the service, maintaining security, detecting invalid traffic, resolving delivery or accounting discrepancies and answering business inquiries. This ground does not replace consent where consent is required.
- Contractual necessity when processing is needed to enter into or perform an agreement with the individual concerned, and legal obligations for applicable accounting, tax and rights-request requirements.
A commercial agreement with an SSP does not by itself provide an end user's consent. We check the privacy signals and restrictions communicated through our integrations when determining permitted bidding and data use.
5. Website, identifiers and privacy choices
The pdriveads.com landing page does not implement advertising cookies, tracking pixels, third-party analytics or browser storage. Fonts and page assets are hosted with the site. Its hosting infrastructure receives technical connection information when a page is requested.
Advertising delivered through PDrive is separate from visiting this website. Bid requests and event tracking may contain advertising or partner identifiers. Our working bidder checks consent and advertising-tracking restrictions provided by the SSP; their availability and meaning depend on the integration and environment.
You can use the privacy controls offered by the publisher, app or device to manage the signals they provide. You can also contact PDrive directly to withdraw consent, object to relevant processing or ask about an identifier associated with an ad. We handle these requests through the process in section 10.
An email request does not automatically alter browser or device settings. After identifying the relevant processing, we explain the steps taken and any information still needed to carry out your request.
6. Service providers and operational exchanges
We do not sell bid-request logs or user-level audience datasets to data brokers or provide them for unrelated third-party marketing. Operating the platform nevertheless involves the following recipients and exchanges:
- Infrastructure and communications providers: Amazon Web Services supplies our DSP hosting and storage. Email and other service providers process information necessary to provide their services to us.
- Supply and campaign partners: SSPs, exchanges and advertisers exchange information needed for bidding, creative delivery, event measurement, reporting and reconciliation. Depending on the integration, this includes bid and event identifiers, creative and campaign information, prices and delivery results. Loading creative assets or calling tracking endpoints also exposes connection information to the service receiving the request.
- Professional or legally required recipients: information may be disclosed where necessary for accounting, resolving a legal claim, responding to a lawful request or meeting a legal obligation.
Our policy is to limit such access and disclosure to the purpose involved. A service provider's infrastructure role does not authorize unrelated use of our operational data.
7. Hosting and international processing
PDrive uses AWS infrastructure in Europe (EU Central), the US East region and Asia. Platform data are stored in the AWS region serving the relevant deployment. The applicable region depends on the integration and processing service; it may differ from the country where an individual is located.
Storage location does not alone determine where a partner receives a bid response or where an authorized person accesses information. For processing involving another country, applicable transfer requirements must be addressed separately from the hosting choice. Where required, an appropriate transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or applicable contractual safeguards, is necessary.
Contact us for the storage location and transfer arrangements relevant to a particular integration or data request.
8. Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the purpose and record type. Our retention rule is to remove personal data, or make them no longer identifiable, when the applicable operational purpose and any justified legal retention need have ended. The criteria are:
| Record type | How retention is determined |
|---|---|
| Website and technical logs | The period needed to diagnose delivery failures or investigate a security issue. Records relevant to an open incident may be kept until that incident is resolved. |
| Bid context, IP addresses and advertising identifiers | The campaign's applicable frequency or event-attribution window, and any period needed to investigate a specific delivery or traffic-quality issue. Identifiable records are not intended for indefinite accumulation for unspecified future use. |
| Advertising events and reconciliation | The agreed reporting and attribution windows, completion of the relevant billing reconciliation and resolution of outstanding discrepancies or claims. |
| Model and diagnostic data | The documented optimization or quality-analysis purpose for which the data are used. Model development does not create an unlimited exception to the retention rule for personal data. |
| Contracts, invoices and legal records | The recordkeeping period required by applicable accounting, tax or other law, and any period necessary for an unresolved legal claim. |
| Correspondence and privacy requests | The duration of the inquiry or relationship, followed by the period needed to document its handling and meet applicable legal obligations or resolve claims. |
| Backups and recovery copies | The recovery cycle of the relevant system and any justified preservation need. A deletion request must also account for recovery copies; deletion from an active store alone does not mean all copies have been removed. |
Where an applicable requirement or approved deletion request calls for earlier action, it takes precedence unless a lawful retention exception applies. Information kept solely for a legal requirement or unresolved claim is limited to that purpose.
Statistics that can no longer identify individuals may be kept for longer-term analysis. Replacing an identifier with a hash does not, by itself, make data anonymous. Ask us for the retention criteria or period applicable to the records involved in your request.
9. Protection and appropriate use
Our data-handling rules limit access to the people and providers responsible for operating the service and handling the relevant business or privacy matter. Access and disclosure must be appropriate to those responsibilities.
IP addresses and advertising identifiers can be personal data. Raw values may be needed for delivery, frequency control, attribution or traffic-quality checks; some diagnostic operations use derived or hashed identifiers. Such identifiers remain subject to this policy when they can still be associated with a person or device.
PDrive is a business advertising service, not a service directed at children. Our policy does not permit knowingly using children's personal data for behavioral targeting or using sensitive personal information as an advertising-targeting criterion. Partners should not submit such data for those purposes. Concerns about an inappropriate data submission can be reported to our privacy contact.
10. Your rights and how to contact us
Depending on the law and processing involved, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority, including the Kyrgyz data-protection authority or the authority applicable to your residence or complaint.

Subject: PDrive — Data request
Initial response within 24 hours. Our Head of Programmatic coordinates requests. Completing a request may require verification, locating records and follow-up; the initial-response commitment is not a promise of complete deletion within 24 hours.
Describe what you are requesting and, if relevant, the app or site, approximate date and time, and the ad or campaign concerned. We may request limited additional information to locate the records and verify that you are entitled to receive or change them. Do not send identity documents or unrelated sensitive information with your initial message.
We review the request, identify the relevant records and applicable rights, carry out the required action and explain the outcome or any lawful limitation. Where processing is handled by a partner, we explain the relevant contact or coordinate as appropriate. Requests concerning advertising identifiers can be actioned only to the extent the relevant identifier or records can be located.
We handle requests without undue delay and within the deadline required by applicable law. For requests governed by the GDPR, the usual period is one month; where a permitted extension is necessary, we explain the reason and extension within that initial period.
11. Updates and company details
We publish updates on this page and revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated in a manner appropriate to the change and applicable requirements. New consent will be sought where a changed use requires it.
