Review before launch

We manually review campaigns, creatives and landing pages before launch. Review covers the advertiser and offer, the creative's claims and presentation, and the destination reached by the user. The campaign must fit the supply partner's agreed requirements and inventory restrictions.

Campaign scope and any partner-specific approval requirements are agreed during onboarding. Creative identifiers, advertiser information and declared destinations must accurately describe the advertising being delivered.

Approved offers and destinations

The advertiser, offer and landing page remain as approved. A proposed replacement must be reviewed and approved by the supply partner before it goes live.

Tracking routes must lead to the approved destination. Undisclosed offer substitution, deceptive navigation, forced unwanted redirects and malicious content are not permitted. Technical tracking does not authorize a change to the approved offer.

Partner requirements

We apply the campaign restrictions agreed with each SSP or exchange, including its creative specifications and inventory rules. A campaign approved for one integration is not automatically approved for every supply partner.

Before a pilot, we agree how creative review, rejection reasons and urgent ad-quality issues will be communicated. Our Head of Programmatic is the direct contact for these issues.

Report an ad

Send an ad-quality report to [email protected]. Useful details include the creative or campaign ID, the app or site, the approximate time and time zone, and a screenshot or destination URL. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal information.

Response within 24 hours. We review the report, investigate the relevant campaign and coordinate with the partner. An ad found to breach the approved scope is suspended pending correction and review; a partner's request to pause an affected ad is handled through the same contact.

The response commitment covers acknowledgment and initial handling. The time needed to complete an investigation depends on the issue and the information available.
